So all of you budding webmasters out there in the internet world may have brought yourself to shamelessly promote the Paris Hilton / Rick Salomon sex tape as an easy way of making some easy money, but i'm sorry to say that the way things are going you may have to seperate your greedy little mits from some of that dirty money as webmasters world wide are being plagued with lawsuits for Unlawful Exploitation of the Rick Salomon/Paris Hilton Video.

Now before you all jump on the bandwagon and hire the most expensive lawyer you can afford it may all actually be bullshit it seems to me this dickweed Salomon's probably just trying to doing the exact same thing as Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee did a few years back and try to cash in on the whole video ordeal aswell because there probably sick of all webmasters making money of it and there getting sweet FA. Now if Rick Salomon's theory of sue the entire internet isn't a way of making money off this video that died down about 2 weeks it was realease then I believe he and his brother Jim have created a website called TrustFundGirls.com to exploit his homemade video so he and his brother can join in on the profit making. Correct me if i'm wrong but I've always thought that this fucker Rick Salomon posted the homemade video on the internet on his own accord as a way to get back at his ex-girlfriend Paris Hilton, so shouldn't he be the main victim resbonsible for exploitation of this sex tape.

Anyway back to the lawsuit.....

I'm guessing that if you've been self promoting the Sex tape for your own website and actually have a Copy of the Paris Hilton / Rick Salomon sex tape uploaded onto the internet then you're gonna be the main victim's in this ordeal. If you find yourself in this catagory then I suggest you delete/remove any form of evidance that could lead back to yourself and making it possible for them taking you to court. You've had a good run you've made your profits now its time to let it rest before this fucker Salomon takes your dirty unlawfully exploitated cash.

If you've been directing traffic to other websites i.e affiliate programmes and have no from of evidance that you have used the Video for personal promotional/money making use then my instinct's tell me your in the clear and you've had nothing to do with the Exploitation of it your just getting paid for supplying traffic to these websites that have been exploitating it and thats not your responsiblity its the websites owners to provide all the legel documentations, model ID’s, licenses, copyrights law, etc.

But if you'd want to play on the safe side I'd suggest you get rid of any remaining links that can be found on your website and stay in the clear, just face it you've made a good profit of something that looks like a racoon crawling through trash, now leave it to rest.
